With the holidays just peaking around the corner, its time to select the perfect party dress to get you through the parties and gatherings. And there is nothing more classic and flattering the the little black dress. A fashion staple for most, every woman should own at least one. It doesn’t matter if its a simple sheath, a strapless number or even a trendy style(although its generally advised to stick with classic shapes), a little black dress has become the epitome of chic. 

And what to wear with the little black dress? Colorful heels, gold jewelry and a simple neutral clutch.

Here are my favorite dresses: I love this one-shoulder Oleg Cassini dress, as it takes simple into fab. I also find this Calvin Klein black number perfect and would flatter any body type. Sometimes it nice to have a sparkly black dress to, like this one from Bebe.  And before I forget to mention, I j’adore this dress from Norma Kamali! Its so simple yet stylish with a bodice and flare skirt.
