Let’s face it, clothes are an essential. Yes, buying new
garments can be entertainment for some, but its an art for most. I love designer clothes and accessories as much as I
love any art form. But I can still find art in not-so-name
-conscious forms either. The label is a label. I like to
shop for what I like, and more often than not, I find myself reaching for non-designer items. Why? I love the color and design and best of all, it will look great on me!
Many of the mainstream stores that a lot of us shop are just as trend conscious as our favorite labels. Since there are no fashion copyright laws, there are a lot of knock-offs to be found at our favorite stores. If you pay attention to runway trends, most often you can search for something similar for much cheaper. But even if you‘re looking for something more unique, or would like a bit of variety, you still can find good bargains. Later in this post you’ll find some great vintage shops, some with authentic vintage, but mostly just vintage style.
